Story

I've been going to Paradise Village in Nuevo Vallarta for years - big family resort, marina on one side, beach on the other, and those alligator waterslides that somehow still impress adults. February 2024 was the first time Cora and Hudson got to experience it properly.

Both of them were obsessed with the slides. Cora even started going by herself.

We peeled away from the resort a couple days to go into town - street tacos, a boat ferry over to old town Puerto Vallarta, and the kids glued to a local daycare playground like it was a spectator sport. That's one of our favorite travel things: watching people just live their normal day. We also asked if they still had the old off-menu watermelon drink from years past. They did.
